We make reasonable efforts to keep our product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability information accurate and up to date.
That said, small differences can sometimes happen. For example, the appearance of a lamp or decorative light on your screen may vary slightly because of:

🚚 05 · Preparing & Delivering Your Purchase
Once payment is confirmed and any necessary checks are completed, CEJDRINA™ orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days.
Busy season? 🎁 During holidays, promotional events, or unusually high order volumes, processing may occasionally require up to 5 business days.
For standard delivery to supported U.S. destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Remember, processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
🔄 06 · Returns & Getting Your Money Back
Changed your mind? Eligible merchandise may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements of our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact customer support before sending merchandise back so that the correct return instructions can be provided. 📮
After an approved return is received, inspected, and accepted, the eligible refund is generally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit to your account.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins, but once processing, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch is underway, we cannot guarantee that the requested change can still be made.
No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.
